Refund policy

Uncollected Orders

To ensure the freshness of our products (especially perishables), orders must be collected within three (3) days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification.

  • If an order is not collected within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled.

  • A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Perishables

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable items once they have left the collection point.
